I bring strategic foresight grounded in real-world experience. As a former CEO, board chair, and member of the EU Global Tech Panel, I don’t just study the future—I’ve led organizations through transformation.

My advisory work focuses on helping boards and executives navigate disruption, govern emerging technologies like AI, and make decisions when the old playbooks no longer work. I work with leaders who recognize that the future won’t wait—and who are ready to build organizations that thrive on change rather than react to it. This includes CEOs leading complex transformations, boards governing technologies they don’t yet fully understand, and executives preparing for or serving in director roles.

I advise boards on future-ready governance, AI and emerging technology strategy, and building the organizational capability to anticipate and capitalize on disruption. I work with boards who recognize that governing today requires different questions, different expertise, and different ways of thinking.
